Adolescent mental health crises present unique challenges in busy clinical environments. This seminar equips pediatric and primary care physicians, as well as mental and behavioral health professionals with actionable strategies to:

  • Identify, assess, and manage suicidal ideation and behaviors in adolescent patients

  • Walk through creating a safety plan with lethal means counseling

  • Connect with pediatricians and area mental health providers to network and encourage community-based referral options.
